These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the installation of dash cameras by Dash-Cam Installers LLC ("we," "us," or "our") for customers ("you," "your," or "customer"). By agreeing to these Terms, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of the terms and conditions set forth herein.

2. Services

We provide professional installation services for dash cameras in vehicles. Our services may include:

Installation: Professional installation of the dash camera(s) in your vehicle according to industry best practices.
Hardware: In some cases, we may provide and install dash camera hardware.
Wiring and Cabling: Proper routing and concealment of all necessary wiring and cables.
Testing and Troubleshooting: Testing the functionality of the installed system and troubleshooting any issues.
Customer Support: Providing basic customer support for the installed system (limitations may apply).

3. Customer Responsibilities

Vehicle Access: Provide us with access to your vehicle at the agreed-upon time and location.
Vehicle Condition: Ensure your vehicle is in a safe and operable condition for us to work on.
Payment: Pay for our services in full as per the agreed-upon payment terms.
Compliance: Comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding the use of dash cameras in your jurisdiction.

4. Warranty and Disclaimers

Installation Warranty: We warrant that our installation services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner. This warranty does not cover any damage to your vehicle or its contents caused by unforeseen circumstances or factors beyond our control.
Hardware Warranty: If we provide the dash camera hardware, the warranty for the hardware will be governed by the manufacturer's warranty terms, if any.
No Guarantees: We do not guarantee the performance or functionality of the dash camera system in all situations. Factors such as weather conditions, vehicle obstructions, and technical limitations may affect the system's performance.
Disclaimer of Liability: We are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from the use or malfunction of the installed dash camera system, including but not limited to accidents, property damage, or personal injury.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to these Terms or the services provided, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in and to the dash camera system and any related software are owned by their respective owners.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the dash camera system or your breach of these Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey.

9. Dispute Resolution
